The check-in process was frustrating, taking almost three hours. Once in the room, I found it run-down and quite dirty. The bed was uncomfortable and left me stiff; it squeaked with every movement. Air conditioning didn’t work effectively, leaving the room too warm despite being set low. The bathroom floor had clumps of hair and dirt, and the toilet felt unstable. Noise from the hallway was disruptive. There were no coffee or breakfast options available. Despite access to the water park, the room itself did not match the expectations set by photos or descriptions.

During my stay, I loved that this place was just a few steps from Mt. Olympus Parks and only a quick 2-minute walk to Big Chief Go Karts, making it super easy to enjoy all the fun activities nearby. Plus, the clean rooms and comfortable beds made my stay feel cozy after a day of exploring, and it’s nice to know I was close to so many attractions like the Lake of the Dells and Noah's Ark Waterpark not too far away. However, there were some issues with clarity in checking in and the need for more staff assistance, but overall, the convenience of the nearby experiences made it a memorable visit.

The rides had dedicated staff ensuring safety, which was reassuring for our kids. the offsite buildings were a nightmare—seriously, avoid them! Switched to the main hotel, and it was a significant upgrade in cleanliness. The indoor water park felt cramped and lacking in options, with frustratingly long lines. The noise was a constant struggle, from slamming doors to a chatty cleaning crew. Dirty floors and poor Wi-Fi didn’t help either. Despite the chaos and some frustrating moments, the kids had fun, and we'll be back—just next time, sticking to the main hotel!

Dining options abound. It was convenient to have various restaurants nearby, which allowed us to explore something different each day. We also found great deals at a nearby outlet mall. the property is sprawling. That means long walks to the water park, even with kids in tow. The indoor attractions were fun, but the food prices were outrageous. Bottled drinks at $4 to $6 each? That's excessive. The accommodation needs serious attention. Unclean rooms, raucous neighbors, and outdated facilities detracted from our experience. The beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms needed updates. For the price, the value falls short. Improvements are essential.

I loved how close we were to so many attractions like the Tommy Bartlett Exploratory, just over 3 km away, and the iconic Hades 360 roller coaster, only about 700 meters from our hotel, making it super easy to explore the Dells on foot, plus the indoor theme park was a nice touch for the kiddos after a long day of walking around, but the hotel could improve on providing a better dining experience since options on-site were limited.

We hit up all the hair, raising roller coasters and water slides, including the rotating Waterslide and Poseidon's Wave Pool. We rode the go, karts like champs and even conquered the mini golf course. Endless thrills with the squad!
Yo, we needed more late, night activities for us party animals. A dance floor or late, night pool party would've been epic!

Our family had a blast at the water park with thrilling water slides, a massive wave pool, and fun kiddie play areas, providing endless entertainment. We enjoyed full access to all the exciting rides and attractions, including the America's first rotating Waterslide and Poseidon's Rage Wave Pool. This mythological journey between Medusa and Poseidon truly brought our family together for a memorable and thrilling experience.
My wife says that families with young children might benefit from clearer guidelines on swim diaper requirements.

The room was okay, nothing fancy, but we did appreciate the comfy bed after a long day of traveling. We were able to watch some TV on the flat, screen, despite having to buy batteries for the remote , a bit annoying, but we made it work. One thing that stood out was the lack of basic amenities. We had to call for extra towels and blankets, but they never showed up. And forget about bathroom soaps, we had to make a trip to the store for those. The towels provided were small and stiff, not the most comfortable for a weekend stay. The location of our room was quite far from the activities, which was a downside. We had to trek quite a distance to get to the fun stuff, and with uncomfortable mattresses, it didn't make for the best experience. Plus, the lack of coffee pot in the room was a bummer, especially since we had to go without our morning coffee fix. The whole place had a bit of a run, down vibe, with issues like a shower curtain that didn't do its job properly, spiderwebs in corners, and a general smell of pot lingering in the halls , not exactly the most pleasant atmosphere. Mt. Olympus had its pros with a decently sized room and proximity to the park, but the shortcomings in amenities, cleanliness, and comfort left much to be desired. If they could improve on these areas, it could definitely.

we stayed at mt. olympus water park and theme park resort and were pleasantly surprised by the central location on the parkway, close to everything. the gaming area stayed open until 10, and the indoor pool rides were incredible. our room was clean, and the staff was quick to assist us with our tv questions. it would have been even better if our room was located inside the water park.

During my Xmas stay, the water park and theme park were fantastic. Being right across from the waterpark made it convenient to take breaks in the room and return quickly to the fun. The recent upgrades made the outdoor areas appealing and enjoyable.
The room conditions were disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, feeling as though I was sleeping on rocks.
